Polres Sibolga melaksanakan Patroli Skala Besar, dalam rangka mengantisipasi Gangguan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat (Kamtibmas).
Patroli ini melibatkan Personel Polres Sibolga dan Personel Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Sibolga. Kegiatan tersebut difokuskan pada beberapa Lokasi Strategis di wilayah Kota Sibolga, untuk memastikan situasi tetap kondusif. Sabtu (08/06/2024).
Kapolres Sibolga AKBP Achmad Fauzy, SH, SIK, MIK, melalui Kabag Ops Polres Sibolga KOMPOL Arifin B. Tampubolon, SH, menyatakan bahwa Patroli Skala Besar ini merupakan langkah preventif untuk menekan Potensi Gangguan Kamtibmas yang mungkin terjadi.
“Kami berkolaborasi dengan Satpol PP Kota Sibolga dalam Patroli ini untuk meningkatkan kehadiran Polisi di tengah Masyarakat dan memberikan rasa aman kepada Warga,” ujarnya.
Sebelum pelaksanaan Patroli dilaksanakan, Apel Kesiapan yang dipimpin oleh Pawas AKP Agus Adhitama, SE dan Padal IPTU Suyatno.
Patroli dimulai sejak pukul 22.00 WIB dengan rute yang mencakup daerah-daerah Rawan Kriminalitas, Pusat Keramaian, dan titik-titik Strategis lainnya. Personel Gabungan melakukan pengecekan dan pengawasan secara intensif.
Kabag Ops Polres Sibolga, juga menambahkan bahwa dalam Patroli tersebut, pihaknya tidak hanya fokus pada tindakan Represif, tetapi juga melakukan pendekatan Humanis kepada Masyarakat.
“Kami juga memberikan himbauan kepada warga untuk tetap menjaga keamanan lingkungan masing-masing dan segera melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib jika menemukan hal-hal yang mencurigakan,” kata Kabag Ops.
Dengan adanya Patroli Skala Besar ini, diharapkan Masyarakat Kota Sibolga, dapat merasa lebih aman dan nyaman dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari.
Polres Sibolga berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan upaya Preventif dan Responsif guna menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di wilayah hukum Polres Sibolga.
